A fun days racing was enjoyed at Freshwater on Saturday!
The Lords and Apples were proudly representing Longy.
Hadzi stepped up to sweep the Lords who enjoyed some good competition in U23’s, while the Apples (with Keegs for Kel) enjoyed a return to competition!
The westerly was standing the waves up nicely, but alas the predicted big southerly swell didn’t find its way into Freshie.
The Apples stole the show on the day with some impressive rowing to fly home in the final, but were pipped at the post to register a 2nd !
Great rowing and a good fun carnival.
WE look forward to more action at the Longy carnival this coming Saturday!
