Sunday morning’s IRB crew & driver training pushed the candidates to their limits. The combination of large waves and a howling southerly turned boats into kites and provided what witnesses described as the perfect washing machine scenario.
Despite that, the crews stuck to their training plan, which will set them up nicely for the upcoming exams. They even managed to retrieve a few lost kite surfing boards in the treaturous conditions.
Well done all, this was definitely a session to remember! A special thank you to Hamish, Chris and Rob for providing great advice and feedback. See you again this Wednesday.
