IRB Crew & Driver Training in Full “Flight”

For the last couple of months the new IRB crew & driver candidates have been busy homing their skills in at times quite challenging conditions at Longy beach. The photos say it all, don’t you think?

All scenarios are being tested to ensure crew & drivers are up to even the most challenging situations. Rumour has it that this even includes flipping the IRB upside-down in large surf and spending hours cleaning the motor back to working order … such is the dedication! 🙂

PS: no IRBs were harmed during training … unlike the odd crew member … ouch!
