Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are run at our club during the school terms. See Term 4 Timetable and book directly with the yoga provider.
Gym
Our club has a state-of-the-art gym, which is available for free to all patrolling members of our club. To enquire on how to become a patroller, please drop us a line at admin@longreef.com.
We are also looking at introducing a health fund rebatable 6 week Pre-Season program for Youth Athletes with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. See flyer for more information.
